1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jili 18 platform available at jili18.live (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform. 3. Account Registration

jili 18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the Platform.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• jili 18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• jili 18 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited into your jili 18 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jili 18 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount).

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jili 18.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili 18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jili 18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jili 18's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

In no event shall jili 18's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming
